ENDURANCE
"the ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way the capacity of something to last or to withstand wear and tear"
Endurance requires strength, both physical and emotional. Physical endurance comes from taking care of ourselves by being active, eating healthy and resting our bodies. Emotional endurance comes from love and faith, which at times seems harder to accomplish than the physical. The emotional/spiritual side of endurance comes with faith and being able to trust enough in yourself that you see something to the end. Whether that is an injury, relationship, break-up, job, second chance, moving forward. They all require endurance and perseverance. But in the end it is all worth it. As long as you are open and ready to receive, you will encounter setbacks (you're human and it's just part of the package). HOWEVER, if you believe and keep going you will spring forward from any setbacks and keep on going. You will become stronger emotionally for anything that gets in your way.
Have you ever had that euphoric feeling of starting something that you are unsure of, but you have enough belief in yourself that at the finish line you are basically on your knees in tears? So many times we give up on ourselves due to the unseen, the hidden obstacles, the lessons that when we finish become things we don't fear, but appreciate. Embrace this feeling and whenever you're feeling a little wobbly at the knees replay the feeling and you can continue to achieve the "high" of accomplishment.
So the next time you start something you are unsure of, try the following:
1. Have Faith and Belief in yourself.
2. Keep Your Heart open to receiving.
3. See #1.
4. Keep going, DON'T GIVE UP!!
5. Ask for guidance or clarity if needed.
6. See #1.
7. Enjoy the outcome.
