CHANGING PATTERNS

Have you ever lost something very important to you?  Or have you let it go thinking something better would come along?  Have you wondered why once you let go of what you think was hurting you or pulling you down or not fulfilling you.........nothing seems to change.  At times, it seems to be even harder?  

Did you learn that letting go didn't fix anything, it's because you are still you. While our relationships, jobs, family, etc. have an influence in our thinking, there is only one person that controls our beliefs and the way are lives work out....that is YOU!  The best way to change our lives isn't throwing out the old and looking for the new (the grass is always greener on the other side until you get to the other side), it's recognizing what inside of us keeps us stuck and unhappy. It's taking ownership for our own thoughts and actions and realizing what works and what doesn't and changing to make things better for us.  Trying to force change within by controlling a situation either by quitting, running, replacing, doesn't change the situation------for you will attract the same again and again, but understanding why you are self-harming is the way out.  

Once we understand why are self-esteem allowed us to become the victim, we can begin to live in gratitude for what we have and who we are, seeing the endless possibilities of what we can become.  Those who are in the same vibrational thought will come into your live and those that still remain in the victim mode will fall away.  Things don't just happen to us, we allow them each and every day.  Today live in a world of gratitude and everything your heart desires will come to you.  It's law.
