DO YOU VALUE YOURSELF?
How do you value yourself? Does your value and/or self-esteem come from what you own, do for a living, who you date/marry? Or does your value come from how you treat yourself/others? The love and gratitude in your heart? Do you know the difference?
Ask yourself this...........is your wallet full of money and credit cards (for the younger generation), is your social media, facebook, instgram, twitter filled with pictures of yourself, your vehicles (possessions).
OR
Are they filled with your friends, family, girl/boyfriend, spouse, children?
Do you make choices and decisions based on what is in it for you? Self-indulgent?
OR
Do you think about how your choices will affect others in your life? Do you give loving/kind words often?
When you buy something for someone else......is bigger better? The more expensive=love?
OR
Do you take time to think and listen to others and either make or buy that one thing you know they have always wanted because seeing them happy=happiness to you?
Do you keep your word, ONLY when it's convenient for you? Yet when something you think is better comes along, your word is merely a word?
OR
When you say something, people know they can depend on you?
So many value their worth with a dollar sign. These people will always lose in the long run. Seek out, find and keep the ones that value their own worth with the way they treat others. When you are a good person there is no dollar sign that can determine your value, because you are worth far more than money.
Run far away from people that look outside to material possessions or other people to determine "their" value. Stay true to those that love you, treat you with the respect you deserve, that know say sorry is never enough, it's all about the change. Remember sorry is a word that SHOULD always be followed up with change, otherwise it's just another word with no meaning.
You are worth so much and when you believe this you will give so much for you will always have so much to give.
